Return Policy
A lot of love and dedication goes into every item we sell and hope you are completely satisfied with your order.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return items (sale items are non-refundable) purchased within 14 days of receipt for a full store credit (excluding shipping charges).  After 14 days of delivery, all items are considered final sale and are not returnable.  Any items personalized with a name is not refundable unless there is a defect to the garment.  All items must be returned in original unwashed/unused condition.  We do not refund shipping charges.  Please send us an email when returning any items so we will be aware of the return.  Mail returns to 34 Chatham Road, Commack, NY  11725

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated at a rate of 8.625% for all orders delivered in New York state.

Shipment Refusal
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all shipping fee's associated with the delivery.

We value all of our customers and respect your privacy.  We assure you that any information we collect from you will only be used for providing the highest service and we will not under any circumstances distribute or sell any of your personal information to any other organizations.  Once you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction.  Your email address is needed to confirm and update you, if necessary, regarding your order.
